RoboForex Countries and Restrictions: Check the Right Company

RoboForex does not accept every country, and its restriction list is not exhaustive. Its current footer separates territories where it does not operate from EU/EEA/UK targeting restrictions and a Malaysia advertising restriction. Check the exact company, your residence and the current account-opening terms before treating website access as eligibility.

RoboForex Countries and Restrictions: Check the Right Company

This guide answers the availability question for RoboForex Ltd and roboforex.com. It is not a list of countries inferred from website languages or a signup form. For the account and cost assessment, start with our RoboForex review.

What does RoboForex currently restrict?

The public footer checked on 15 September 2026 says RoboForex and its partners do not work in the following countries and territories. Names are normalised for readability, and the broker also refers to other restricted countries.

Region Named in the no-service statement
Americas and Caribbean United States, Canada, Brazil, Bonaire, Curaçao, Sint Eustatius
Asia and Pacific Japan, Australia, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Indonesia, Iran, Saipan, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Tahiti
Europe and nearby territories Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Svalbard and Jan Mayen
Africa Liberia, Guinea-Bissau, South Sudan

Saipan is part of the Northern Mariana Islands; both names appear in the provider’s wording. This table records the disclosure, rather than counting every name as a separate sovereign country. Absence from the table is not proof that RoboForex accepts a particular applicant.

The current public footer separates no-service territories from EU/EEA/UK and Malaysia marketing restrictions. The list is not exhaustive.

EU, EEA, UK and Malaysia wording is different

The footer says RoboForex and its partners do not target EU/EEA/UK clients, and that the marketing material is not intended for UK residents. It separately says its advertisements are not intended for Malaysian residents. Those statements should not be rewritten as an invitation to register through a different page.

They are also different from the named no-service list. We keep the wording separate so that readers can see what was actually disclosed. For an individual eligibility decision, the current agreement, accurate residence details and a clear answer from the named company matter.

What if my country is not named?

Use a positive eligibility check. A translation, reachable login page, working payment logo or country option in a form can exist for reasons other than opening a new retail trading account. A successful page load is a website observation, not approval of an account.

  1. Identify the company. Read the legal name in the current agreement. RoboForex Ltd is the company covered by this cluster.
  2. Use accurate details. Your actual residence, identity and any other information requested must match your documents.
  3. Read the current restriction statement. Check whether the company serves your location and circumstances.
  4. Ask a precise question if necessary. Ask support whether a new retail account is available to a resident of your country and which company would contract with you.
  5. Check the payment route. Confirm the eligible method, account currency and withdrawal requirements before funding.

Our support and complaints guide explains where to send that question. You do not need to disclose personal documents to a public comment thread to ask about availability.

How to check the legal entity

The FSC public register returned RoboForex Ltd under licence 9759600 with Active status and www.roboforex.com on 15 September 2026. Match the company and domain with the agreement. A matching entry establishes the listed identity and permissions; it does not replace the broker’s country rules or your local requirements.

The RoboForex versus RoboMarkets guide addresses a common source of confusion. Similar branding does not make their agreements, licences, signup processes or platforms interchangeable. Use the company actually offering the account.

Eligibility also affects the practical setup

An eligible account may still have a different choice of payment methods from a public comparison page. Check the methods displayed for that account, their currencies and the route for returning funds. Our deposit guide and withdrawal guide keep these steps separate.

Promotional eligibility is another check. The welcome programme has account, verification and funding conditions, while Full Swap-Free depends on qualification and region. Neither a general $30 headline nor an account card proves that you can claim a benefit.

Use the bonus conditions guide after country and account eligibility are clear. If RoboForex is not available for your circumstances, compare other providers through our broker review hub and check their own local terms.

Mistakes that create avoidable account problems

  • Using a translated page as acceptance evidence. Read the company restriction statement and agreement instead.
  • Choosing a different country to pass registration. Use accurate information that matches your documents.
  • Funding before checking the payout route. Confirm account ownership, method and withdrawal checks first.
  • Borrowing another entity’s licence. Match the full company name rather than the similar brand.

These checks are worth doing before account setup. Fixing a wrong company or residence assumption after money has been sent is more difficult than resolving it at the start.

Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all traders. This guide is educational. Test the platform on demo and understand the account terms before risking real capital.

Questions traders ask

Does RoboForex accept clients from every country?

No. RoboForex names several no-service territories and refers to other restricted countries. Its footer also has separate marketing restrictions. A country missing from the named list is not automatically accepted; confirm the current rules for your actual circumstances.

Does RoboForex accept clients from Indonesia or Brazil?

Indonesia and Brazil are expressly named in the current no-service statement checked for this guide. A localized page, historical article or accessible form should not be used to imply that a new account is available there.

What does RoboForex say about Malaysian residents?

The current footer says RoboForex advertisements are not intended for Malaysian residents. We preserve that specific wording and do not turn it into a signup recommendation. Country eligibility and applicable local requirements need their own accurate check.

Can a UK or EU reader use the global account terms?

The global site says RoboForex and its partners do not target EU/EEA/UK clients. Do not assume the global leverage, bonuses or accounts are a locally available offer. Check the company and account that can actually serve your circumstances.

Is a country option in registration enough to confirm acceptance?

No. A form is only one part of the process. The current agreement, restriction statement and verification requirements still apply. Use accurate residence and identity details and resolve uncertainty before depositing money.

Does FSC registration mean RoboForex is locally licensed everywhere?

No. The Belize FSC entry identifies the registered company and its listed activities. It does not establish that the company holds a local licence in every jurisdiction or that every applicant meets its account-opening conditions.
