JustMarkets Support and Complaints: Prepare the Right Evidence
Contact JustMarkets through the official page for your account company or its Personal Area Support Hub. Prepare the exact error, ticket or payment reference and a short timeline. If support cannot resolve the issue, follow that entity’s formal complaint procedure rather than assuming every group regulator covers your account.
A useful support request names one problem, supplies the evidence needed to find it, and says what answer you need. “My money is missing” may be understandable, but an account number, transaction reference, status and timeline give the support team something concrete to investigate. Keep sensitive information in the official secure channel.
The Global Contact us page lists round-the-clock support and a Personal Area Support Hub. It says tickets receive a response within 24 hours. That is the broker’s stated target, not a response time measured by this site. Open messenger or phone routes from that page rather than trusting a username supplied by an unsolicited message.
If your agreement names the Cyprus company, use the EU contact details associated with that company. Our entity and country guide helps locate the right identity. A group brand can have several regulated companies with different complaint routes.
Do not use a broker’s support channel as a substitute for a trading plan. Support can clarify an account setting or investigate a transaction; it cannot remove the financial risk of a position you choose to open.
Use the login checklist and verification checklist before opening a ticket. For a payment exception, work through withdrawal-problem triage. These steps help distinguish a missing input from a problem that requires the broker to inspect a record.
For example: “My withdrawal reference ABC was submitted on Monday at 10:00 in the account’s displayed time zone. It currently says Sent to Payment System. Please confirm the dispatch time and provide the payment reference I can give my bank.” ABC is an illustrative placeholder, not a real transaction.
A broker-processing delay and a receiving-bank delay require different evidence. If the request has not passed validation, ask which condition remains outstanding. If the broker says the payment was sent, ask for the relevant trace or refund reference and check the receiving institution’s process.
The withdrawal-status help separates several processing stages. Our normal withdrawal guide explains method-dependent timing. A generic one-minute marketing statement is not evidence that every bank payment has arrived. Equally, a delay by itself does not establish theft. Preserve records and follow the documented process.
If ordinary support does not resolve the matter, request the formal complaint procedure for the legal entity on your agreement. Submit a chronology, relevant records, the response already received and the remedy you are seeking. Keep copies of the policy in force when you submitted the case and the acknowledgement.
Before contacting a regulator or dispute body, verify that it covers that company, service and complaint type. The CySEC entry for JustMarkets Ltd, for example, identifies the Cyprus entity and approved domain. It does not make CySEC the complaint destination for every account using the group name. Do not assume a regulator can recover funds or decide an individual dispute merely because it supervises a company.
For suspected credential theft, secure your email and account through the official recovery routes immediately, and tell the relevant institution what happened. Never transfer another deposit to a third-party “recovery agent” simply because they promise to release a pending balance.
The Global contact page advertises 24/7 support. Its stated availability and ticket-response target are broker claims, not a response time tested by this site.
Supply the transaction reference, amount and currency, payment method, current status, submission time and relevant bank response through a secure official channel.
No. Do not share passwords, two-factor codes, recovery links or remote device access with someone claiming they need them to fix a case.
Start with the legal entity on your agreement and its formal complaint procedure. Verify the regulator or dispute body’s scope before escalating.
No. A status alone does not establish the cause. Obtain the processing record, identify any missing requirement and escalate a documented unresolved issue.
